We respect our clients’ right to privacy, hence we do not have a ‘non client’ marketing mailing list, and we will not give out any information which you have submitted to us to any other company or entity except for the law firm of your chosen jurisdiction. The information we keep is purely for our own internal purposes. We will keep your details securely and will not send you any unsolicited mail in any format.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your requests and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service by transferring the data to the law firm of your chosen jurisdiction.

This is because of our legal obligation to retain certain types of customer information for certain time periods e.g. for tax and accounting purposes, and or possible legal purposes due to legitimate business interests we may need to keep your contact details on file for longer periods if they appear on an invoice or receipt for example.
In any and all cases, we only ever keep information on file for as long as it is needed with respect to the services you have enquired about and or that we have agreed to provide you, or to meet a legal requirement.
